1. The Time Sheet Screen

With this screen you enter your daily time records and from here you can access all other components of the system. All Times should be entered in a 24 hour format.

On entry to the screen the date defaults to the current date and the cursor will be placed at the first field requiring completion. If this is the first time that you have entered the screen, or no entries have yet been recorded for the day, the cursor will be placed in the AM Start field. If you have completed your morning times and, having returned from lunch you are updating your days records, the cursor will be placed in the PM Start field. The only part of your personal details you are able to directly update is your Section. Use the arrow on the right of the field to display a drop down list of available sections and highlight the one you require.

If your running total should exceed 24 hours the field will turn red and only display those hours over 24 and a warning message will be displayed.

Should the section you require not be available or any of your personal details are incorrect, contact your systems administrators in the usual manner.
